I created the low poly, UV unwrapped it, baked normals and textured the model.
Modeled in Blender, textured in Substance Painter and normals baked in Marmoset Toolbag
Blade shader was done in blender using 3 masks made in substance painter and a second UV channel for flow. The rest is procedural using blender's shader nodes
